How to Make a Recipe for Black Pepper Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
  • Serving: 3-4 people

The main ingredient
  • 10 chicken wings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper (roughly ground)
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 onion (julienne)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 4 tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 300ml of water
  • 100g canned (sliced) champignon mushrooms
  • 150g frozen bamboo shoots (parboiled and chopped)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

How to Make a Recipe for Black Pepper Chicken Wings

For cooking:
  1. Apply salt to the chicken wing pieces and set aside for 15 minutes. Fry shallow until golden brown or half cooked. Remove from frying pan.
  2. Stir-fry the Spanish onion and also the garlic till you'll smell the scent. Add sweet soy sauce and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add chicken wings, mushrooms and bamboo shoots and cook until the sauce is thick and thick. Add salt to taste. Add black pepper and sesame oil.
  4. Stir to combine and remove from heat. Serve.
