  • 2 salmon fillets (active skin)
  • 2 bundles of buckwheat noodles (cooked and cooled)
  • 2 cups mixed salad
  • 2 tablespoons shichimi togarashi
  • Yuzu dressing (to taste)

  • Wash salmon fillets and dry them with paper towels.
  • Season with shichimi togarashi on both sides.
