  1. Boil brown sugar, water sugar, pandan leaves, and orange leaves until dissolved. Strain and cool
  2. Mix rice flour, sago flour, and instant yeast. Stir well. Add sugar cooked little by kneading until it runs out
  3. Add vanilla, salt and coconut milk by little while squeezing for 20 minutes
  4. Let stand 3 hours. Heat the mold in a steamer for 10 minutes. Pour the batter as high as printed.
  5. Steam for 20 minutes on high heat. Lift and let cool.
  6. Serve with complement.
